Terms of Service

1. Provider

Referred to below as "RenoPeak". The client is referred to as "you".

2. What is being sold

RenoPeak provides marketing services on a done-with-you basis. RenoPeak develops strategy, writes copy and sets up email sequences. You send the campaign from your own inbox or CRM, approve all copy before it goes out, and remain responsible for responding to replies.

3. Reactivation Sprint

• Fee: $750 setup, plus $250 for each appointment that is booked and kept.
• Total fees for the sprint are capped at $2,000, regardless of the number of appointments.
• A kept appointment means a contact from your list who books time with you and attends. No-shows are not billable.
• The 30-day period begins when the first email of the campaign is sent.
• The setup fee is due before work begins. Appointment fees are invoiced at the end of the 30 days.

4. Guarantee

If the sprint produces no booked and kept appointments within the 30-day period, the $750 setup fee is refunded in full. The guarantee assumes you supplied the agreed lists, approved the copy within a reasonable time, and sent the sequence as set up. It does not apply where the campaign was not sent or was materially altered without agreement.

5. Growth Retainer

• Fee: $1,000 one-time setup, plus $2,500 per month.
• Minimum term: 120 days from the start date, after which it continues monthly with 30 days' notice.
• Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the platform. RenoPeak does not mark up or handle ad spend.
• The retainer is offered only after a completed sprint.

6. Your responsibilities

• Providing lists you are lawfully entitled to contact.
• Approving copy before anything is sent.
• Sending from your own systems and handling replies and appointments.
• Maintaining a working opt-out and honouring removal requests.

You remain the controller of your customer data. RenoPeak uses it solely to deliver the work you have commissioned.

7. Results

Beyond the guarantee in section 4, no specific number of appointments, referrals, reviews or revenue is promised. Outcomes depend on list quality, your market, your pricing and your responsiveness.

8. Ownership

On payment in full, the copy and sequences created for you are yours to use. RenoPeak retains the right to reference the engagement and anonymised results as a case study unless you object in writing.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. RenoPeak is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or reputational harm.

10. Termination

A sprint may be ended by either side at any time. Fees for work already performed remain payable, and the guarantee in section 4 applies only where the full 30 days were run. A retainer may be ended after the minimum term with 30 days' notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. Where a client is a business, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered seat, to the extent permitted by law.
