This policy explains how personal data is handled on renopeakagency.com and in the course of providing services.

2. Data collected through this website

This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. When you visit, the hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard server log data, including IP address, browser type, referring page and time of request, for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse.

If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, and the information you enter there (name, email, any notes) is processed by Calendly on our behalf. If you send an email, we process the contents of that email in order to reply.

3. Data processed for clients

Clients who engage RenoPeak may share contact lists of their own prospects and customers for the purpose of running an email campaign. In that arrangement the client remains the controller of that data and RenoPeak acts as a processor, using the data only to prepare and set up the campaign the client has commissioned. Data is not sold, rented, or reused for any other client.

4. Marketing email

Outbound business email sent by RenoPeak includes a valid postal address and a working opt-out, in line with the US CAN-SPAM Act. If you opt out, your address is added to a suppression list and will not be contacted again. You can also request removal at any time by replying to any message or writing to the address above.

5. Legal basis and retention

Where the GDPR applies, processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for business correspondence and outreach, on contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for client work, and on consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where you have given it. Data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as statutory retention periods require.
